Our Founder
Jennifer is an entrepreneur at heart and has a passion for helping others. She is a self-education mastermind, detail-loving achiever, small town puppy parent, world traveler and mixologist-in-training.
Jennifer Arutunjan is a Certified Professional Life Coach and member of the Association for Talent Development, the leading source for Training and Talent Development. Jennifer’s expertise comes from a 15+ year career working in different countries and spanning a broad cross section of disciplines ranging from Training, Management, Operations, Leadership Coaching, Change Management, and Innovation at a leadership level. She has a genuine passion to support individuals and companies to achieve their full potential.
Jennifer graduated from Niagara University with her Bachelor's of Science in Hospitality Management and went to complete her Master's of Business Administration at Canisius College in Buffalo, NY after gaining valuable industry experience at top organizations like Hard Rock Cafe and Farmer's Restaurant Group in Washington, D.C.

Before forming Service Mindset Consulting, Jennifer spent 6 years helping to build multiple brands from scratch in the Hospitality and Entertainment industries in Buffalo, NY. She currently works as manager of Learning and Development at a top 100 CPA firm in Buffalo, NY.

Jennifer founded Service Mindset Consulting in 2020 during the COVID-19 crisis. She was excited to combine her passion for helping others and training, business and management experience to form a business of her own where she could help more people and organizations succeed.
Jennifer resides in Niagara Falls, NY with husband, Vincent and their dogs, Odie and Leonidas.
