We will work diligently to address your concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution.

You have contacted us within 5 days of receiving your PDF to express your dissatisfaction.
You have allowed us a reasonable opportunity to address your concerns and provide revisions.

Refund Process:

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 days of approving the refund.
